• Commercial Service Agreement
• Commercial Electric Service Application
• W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Numberand Certification
• Sales Tax Certificate of Exemption (ST3)

If you are moving out of ERMU’s service territory and need to discontinue service and close your account, please contact our customer service department at 763.441.2020.

If you are moving locations and need to discontinue service at your current location and start it at a new address in ERMU’s service territory, please contact our customer service department at 763.441.2020.
