Elk River Municipal Utilities is governed by a five-member utilities commission consisting of three citizen representatives and two City Council representatives. Commission Meetings

The ERMU Utilities Commission meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 3:30 p.m. The meetings are held at the ERMU Conference Room located at 13069 Orono Parkway, Elk River.
