Elk River Municipal Utilities is governed by a five-member utilities commission consisting of three citizen representatives and two City Council representatives. Utilities commission members are Council appointed and serve staggered three-year terms. For more information about the role of the commission, view the ERMU Commission Policy Manual or contact us.
Commission Meetings
The ERMU Utilities Commission meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 3:30 p.m. The meetings are held at the ERMU Conference Room located at 13069 Orono Parkway, Elk River.
