Notice is hereby given that Elk River Municipal Utilities (ERMU), Elk River, Minnesota, is requesting proposals for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Endpoint Installation Services. The project work scope consists of physical replacement of electric and water meters for the new Sensus AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) system. Installation services will include data capture and entry into Sensus FlexNet system and NISC (National Information Solutions Cooperative) billing software as set forth in detail in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
A copy of the RFP package which includes submission instructions, project requirements, selection criteria, and standard submission forms may be obtained by contacting AMI-ERMU@ermumn.com Suppliers who plan to submit a proposal are asked to complete the Intent to Respond form included with the RFP package and return it via email by Friday, October 20th 2023.
Proposals must be emailed to AMI-ERMU@ermumn.com or received at the Elk River Municipal Utilities office located at 13069 Orono Parkway, P.O. Box 430, Elk River, MN 55330 by 2:00 p.m. CST, Monday, November 6th 2023 at which time proposals will be opened, with vendor name and total price announced in person.
All proposals will be reviewed and scored by ERMU and its consultant to determine shortlisted vendors at a later date.
ERMU reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, modify specifications, negotiate price and contact terms, and award the contract, in whole or in part, as it deems to be in its best interest.
